Yuan Zheng received her Juris Doctor degree from Washington University, in St. Louis, in 2005. Before that, she joined the international program of Women Rights and Human Rights at law school of Oslo University, Norway for one year. Also she received the Bachelor Degree of Law from Nanjing University, China in 1997. 

Ms. Zheng is admitted to practice in New York State, U.S. District Court of Southern District New York and U.S. Bankruptcy Court of Eastern, Southern, Northern District, New York and the U.S. Tax Court. 


​​Zixian Qi received L.L.M Degree from William & Mary Law School in Virginia in 2012. Before that, she received the Bachelor Degree of Law from Nankai University, China in 2011.

Ms. Qi mainly focuses on the areas of consumer law cases, including:

1. Debt disputes and/or negotiations including collection scams, charge-off scams, unpaid credit cards, unpaid credit cards, unpaid secured loans, judgments and tax liens; 
2.  Litigation and Disputes for Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) violation cases and collection agencies’ illegal behavior in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

​​Simeng Ma received her LL.M. degree from Boston University School of Law in Massachusetts.  Before that, she received her Bachelor Degree of Law from Southwest University of political science and law in Chongqing, China.

Ms. Ma focuses on debt settlement and negotiation, tax and fine reduction, bankruptcy and landlord-tenant laws.

Under attorney’s supervision, she represents clients on matters concerning:
1.     Contact banks, collection agencies or collection attorneys for debt disputes and resolutions;
2.     Draft motion papers defending victims of identity fraud and debtors.
3.     Draft dispute letters to three credit report companies.
4.     Legal research on consumer rights protection and fair credit report laws.
